The aerial photography missions wereconducted by the NOAA Remote Sensing Division. The images were acquiredfrom a nominal altitude of 7,500 feet, using an Emerge/Applanix DigitalSensor System (DSS). This imagery was acquired by the NOAA Remote Sensing Division tosupport NOAA national security and emergency response requirements. Thisrapid response product was generated for use by emergency managers forvisual analysis of damage in the landfall area. It is not intended formapping, charting or navigation.
