The instruments used to collect these data include barometric pressure sensor and carbon dioxide (CO2) gas analyzer. These data were collected by Dr. Vassilis Kitidis of Plymouth Marine Laboratory as part of R/V Discovery Coastal Cruises data set. The major objectives of the measurements is to provide a high quality measurements of sea surface fCO2, sea surface salinity and temperature in the English Channel and Celtic Sea coastal areas.
