Site names, coordinates, dates and times that water samples were collected for analysis
of three Azadinium species as well as the family Amphidomataceae. Cell enumeration
results are included for the three Azadinium species (A. spinosum, A. poporum and
A. obesum) as determinted by real-time quantitative PCR using TaqMan probe assays.
Additionally, the results of a SYBR green based quantitative PCR assay are included
that indicate whether or not members of the family Amphidomataceae are present in
a water sample. |
