            key instruments: the Advanced Technology Microwave Sounder (ATMS), the Cross-track
            Infrared Sounder (CrIS), the Ozone Mapping and Profiler Suite (OMPS), the Visible
            Infrared Imaging Radiometer Suite (VIIRS), and Clouds and the Earth's Radiant Energy
