Current meter data were collected using current meter in the TOGA Area - Pacific Ocean from a fixed platform. Data were collected from 15 June 1980 to 16 December 1981 by Edward K. Noda and Associates with support from the Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OTEC) project.
